Purchase Policy

1. Direct Purchase

Customers can visit our store directly to view and purchase products. Our sales staff will be available to provide consultation and assist with product selection.

2. Ordering by Phone

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Customers can place orders by phone and pay upon receiving the goods. This service is available for deliveries within a 15 km radius from our warehouse. Delivery charges will be paid by the customer.

Bank Transfer Payment

For customers located outside the delivery area, goods can be transported via passenger buses or freight transport services. Customers are required to transfer the total order value, including transportation costs, to the bank account designated by PNY.

Within 12 hours after receiving the payment confirmation, our sales department will arrange shipment through the selected transport provider and inform customers of all relevant shipping details.

Delivery from our warehouse to the bus station is free of charge for orders valued at VND 2,000,000 or more. Customers are responsible for paying transportation fees directly to the transport company.
