1. Deposit and Payment Procedures

50% Deposit for Custom Manufacturing Orders

For products manufactured according to customers' specific requirements, customers are required to make a 50% deposit of the total order value after receiving consultation and order confirmation from our sales staff.

Custom-Sized Adhesive Tapes:
Products manufactured according to customized specifications require a deposit of 50% of the order value before production begins.

Note:
For products that are readily available in stock and produced in bulk, customers are generally not required to make a deposit (applicable within Tay Ninh Province). However, exceptions may apply in certain cases, including but not limited to:

Incomplete or unclear customer information
Customers located in remote areas
Customers with negative transaction histories reported by sales networks or partners
Orders that are assessed as having a high level of risk

The remaining balance must be paid upon completion of the order.

100% Payment for Customers Outside Tay Ninh Province

For customers located outside Tay Ninh Province, full payment of the order value, transportation costs to the freight station, and any applicable freight service fees is required in advance.

Once our accounting department confirms receipt of the full payment, we will issue a warehouse release order and arrange shipment of the goods.

2. Payment Methods

PNY currently accepts the following payment methods:

Cash Payment

For customers making a cash deposit, our accounting department will issue an official receipt corresponding to the amount received.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers may inspect the goods upon receipt and then pay the exact amount stated on the delivery note. No additional charges will be applied unless otherwise agreed.
